The first month is typically promotional — roughly half the recurring rate. After that, pricing scales with your annual construction volume at renewal.

Onboarding packages run $400–$1,500 and are not included in most subscriptions. Annual contracts offer approximately 10% off but lock you in for 12 months with no refund on cancellation.

CoConstruct was acquired in 2021 and shut down as a standalone product. All CoConstruct customers are now on the Buildertrend platform — the two are no longer comparable.
