Highly visual and easy to adopt. The pricing looks cheap per seat until you hit the three-seat minimum and the automation limits.

All Monday.com plans and prices

Prices are per user, per month, in US dollars. The annual column reflects the discounted rate you get for paying twelve months upfront.

What Monday.com actually costs your team

Per-seat pricing hides the real number. This is the monthly total on annual billing, including any seat minimums the vendor enforces.

Plan5 people20 people50 people
Basic$45/mo$180/mo$450/mo
Standard$60/mo$240/mo$600/mo
Pro$95/mo$380/mo$950/mo

What the pricing page does not tell you

Every paid plan requires a minimum of 3 seats. A solo user on Basic pays $27 a month, not $9.
Seats are sold in blocks. Going from 3 to 4 people can force you into the next pricing tier.
Automation limits are monthly and reset. Standard gives you 250, which a moderately busy board burns through quickly.

Is Monday.com worth it?

That depends on which of the costs above apply to you. If you are comparing against other tools, our comparison pages put the real numbers side by side.
