Procore does not publish pricing. All quotes are customized. The ranges below are drawn from contractor reports, third-party benchmarks, and publicly available filings. They represent what contractors have actually paid, not vendor estimates.

Verified cost ranges

Small GCs ($5–50M ACV): $4,500–$10,000/year. Mid-size ($50–200M ACV): $15,000–$80,000/year. Enterprise: above $80,000/year. Year-one total (including implementation) typically runs 2–2.5× the subscription.

Procore does not publish any pricing. Every contractor receives a custom quote based on Annual Construction Volume (ACV) — the aggregate dollar value of all active projects. There is no per-user charge.

Implementation consulting typically adds $10,000–$50,000 in year one. Total first-year cost of ownership commonly runs 2–2.5× the subscription fee alone.

Procore’s own financial filings report 114% Net Revenue Retention — existing customers pay 14% more on average at each annual renewal. Contractors report increases of 5–14% per year.
