All Productive plans and prices

Prices are per user, per month, in US dollars. The annual column reflects the discounted rate you get for paying twelve months upfront.

PlanAnnualMonthlyLimitsWhat you get
Essential $9$11 Project management, time tracking, budgeting, basic reporting, invoicing
Professional $28$34 Resource scheduling, profitability reporting, custom fields, expense tracking
Ultimate $39$47 Advanced forecasting, multiple currencies, custom permissions, API access
Enterprise CustomCustom Custom quoteSSO, dedicated support, custom onboarding, security review

What Productive actually costs your team

Per-seat pricing hides the real number. This is the monthly total on annual billing, including any seat minimums the vendor enforces.

Plan5 people15 people40 people
Essential$45/mo$135/mo$360/mo
Professional$140/mo$420/mo$1,120/mo
Ultimate$195/mo$585/mo$1,560/mo

What the pricing page does not tell you

The $9 Essential tier does not include resource scheduling or profitability reporting, which is why most agencies buy PSA software in the first place. The realistic entry point is Professional at $28.
Volume discounts start at 50 users on Professional and Ultimate. Below that you pay list price.
Unlike Kantata and Accelo, there is no mandatory implementation fee, which makes the first-year cost far lower than the per-seat comparison suggests.

Is Productive worth it?

That depends on which of the costs above apply to you. If you are comparing against other tools, our comparison pages put the real numbers side by side, and our Productive alternatives page prices every competitor for the same team size.
