What neither pricing page tells you

Notion: The $8 standalone AI add-on was discontinued in 2026. Full AI now requires the Business plan at $20, doubling the cost for teams that only wanted AI.
Notion: Custom Agents bill separately at $10 per 1,000 credits per month, and unused credits do not roll over.
ClickUp: Monthly billing costs 43% more than annual on Unlimited and 58% more on Business. The steepest annual penalty in this category.
ClickUp: The free plan has only 100 MB of total storage, which a handful of attachments will exhaust.
