What neither pricing page tells you

Airtable: Billing counts editors, not active users. If someone can edit one table in one base, you pay for them the entire month whether they log in or not.

Airtable: Record limits are per base, not per account. Hitting the ceiling on one base forces an upgrade across the whole workspace.

Smartsheet: Pro has a hard ceiling of 10 users. User number 11 forces the Business plan, which is a 256% price increase per seat.

Smartsheet: Published Business pricing varies between $19 and $32 per user depending on the source and contract terms. Always ask for a written quote.
